Schools Work

Liverpool YFC are committed to seeing young people reached with good news of Jesus

98% of young people in the UK attend mainstream education, so getting into schools to tell young people about Jesus is an essential part of our work.

Our team is no where near big enough to reach all of the secondary schools across our city, however working with local churches and collaborating with other organisations means we can  build teams to serve schools well. ‘Reach’ is our focused work of connecting churches to schools. Head to our ‘What We Do’ section to find out more about this.

Activity Within Schools

We can deliver assemblies, lessons, lunchtime and after school clubs.

We can help to coordinate and run sessions for retreat days and mission weeks.

We can facilitate other organisations and teams for one-off visits/performances.

We can work with schools to create prayer spaces.

We have also recently ran ‘At A Loss’ – a course for those dealing with grief.

If you would like more information about what school’s we work with and how you can be involved, or if you would like to have Liverpool YFC link with your school please do get in touch.
